Our journey started when we decided to bring up our children with bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin, in a monolingual (English) household.

 

The majority of the websites that carried learning materials were not catered towards English speakers or were not easily available to UK residents as they had arcane ordering and shipping methods. Hence our decision to start this website and business after learning from our experiences.

So if you are like us who only speak English at home and are interested in teaching Mandarin to your child or if you have just started learning the language, I hope that you will find some of the bilingual English Mandarin materials that we have used to teach our children the language useful.
